Unlike the Cronan Ranch trailhead which always fills, I've never seen Magnolia Ranch fill up. But I suppose if you get there at noon on a weekend with ideal weather it might. In that case you could try diverting to the Greenwood Creek access down the street and connect with Gerle loop.
It is popular, not one of the places you can hike without seeing anyone all day. I see I had it misclassified as light foot traffic, fixed.

Too crowded. Parking lot always full.
